Too, if you are eating in excess of your protein requirements, aren't you
also converting the extra to fat?  If protein is recycled, when does it
happen, how much and for how long?  Jean-Claude mentioned last year that he
was more hungry if he ate too much protein.  So am I!  Too much of any of
them, carbs, fat, protein, and I feel as if I need something else.  (That
proverbial neuropeptide Y again????)    Oliva
