I think you can bake with the seeds but never the oil. The oil should never
be heated or cooked. The seeds contain the oil suspended in all the other
stuff and that apparently preserves the seeds during baking. I wouldn't
sautee with it or anything that would raise the temperature beyond normal
baking temperatures.
