I think cabbages and broccoli-types have ancient ancestors. They're not
legumes or nightshades or New World, so I don't see anything terrible
about eating them. Steam it, gently, either whole or broken up. It
takes to sauces well; I eat mine with plenty of non-Paleo butter.
