Oliva,

I'm learning about cholesterol for the first time, and am still confused about
what the different measurements mean. Would you mind explaining which of your
measurements are good and which are bad and why. Or maybe just point to a good
reference.

Thanks,
L

PS: Everyone hates aerobics at first. I don't claim they are paleo, but they
really do make you feel great and give you tons of energy. If you workout at
70-80% for thirty minutes every day for a month, you will likely start to like
it. It's very easy to get addicted....
