Netzer's book of food counts has turnip and rutabaga way below potato on
carbs; all have about the same amount in fiber with rutabaga in the lead. I
don't do potatoes anyway because I get joint pain with them. Hey, if it's
low carb and I don't react to it, I'll eat it. Interestingly enough, I
react to most things which are "non-paleo" according to Neanderthin.
