Mary,
I think it was you too. Thank You for the wise counsel. I have been
losing interest in soy. It was important for me to use soy to get off
the cow cheese but soy just doesn't seem to have the pizzazz that cheese
did. I forget to include the soy cheese in my meals now. It just doesn't
seem as appetizing. I do like soy cheese with an apple and bacon snack.
Can you think of any substitutes there?
