I did for a few years, running. I found it worked very well. I seemed
to have great energy and recovered from hard training quickly. I tried
running 10k races both in ketosis and after carb loading. Final time
results were not different, but I tended to feel better while running
in ketosis.

I am not running much now because we are moving soon and I just have
too many things on my mind.

Me too. I love fruit but feel better in ketosis.
