i am apreciating your own qualified statements :-)
seriouslly i am interested by researchs showing the goitrogenic quality of
the cabbage familly.
brocoli stems are excellent peeled and raw ( same than kolhrabi).
i am myself not very attracted to the cabbage familly and i have
hypothyroidy ( coincidence ) i don't bother growing them and sow only kales
( closer to the wild cabbages ) and eat all the parts that have been
selected to makes the differents kinds of the cabbages familly ( stems for
kohlrabi ,flowers for cauliflowers and brocolis ,buds for brussels sprouts ,
leaves for cabbages heads).
could the goitrogene .factor a consequence of the monstruous quality of the
different sort of hyper domesticated cabbages .?
