So that's roughly 11 - 16 oz of meat. Are you buying fatty cuts of meat or
adding oil/fat to the protein?

I am considering an all meat diet at least for a few weeks due to food
allergies. It's getting harder and harder to figure out what I am reacting
to and the easiest way to figure it out is to eat the same thing all day
long for several days. I got the idea here:
