Diets high in lysine and zinc and low in arginine will absolutely help
control herpes. And, yes, as mentioned in several previous posts, stress
(dietary or emotional) can encourage an outbreak. I have seen, in my
practice, many outbreaks of herpes diminish in record time using dietary
adjustments and if necessary supplements. And once a person's immune is
stronger, the outbreaks become few and far between, even when job/emotional
stress remains high.
