I know it's not practical maybe to post your entire recipe, and probably you
don't really have a "recipe" for these dishes but maybe you could keep all
the ingredients and way to make stuff in a file and e-mail it out to me (or
others interested) or put it on the internet before (or after) the meal this
year?

It would be a unique recipe mix I think and very useful.
