First be aware that you are trying to correct at least 10ooo years of
negation of the instinctive regulation of eating . !0 days is just a
beginning . we generally ask peoples to go for a 3 weeks periods to get a
taste of how it could be like.
Second the quality and diversity of foods at the beginning is crucial .
Importants deficits occur when we denied an instinctive regulation of eating
and at first you might stop on lot of foods specially the ones you used to
overeat cooked or seasonned . Open up the diversity to things you never
tried raw.
The lost of weight is normal ocurence except for some obese peoples who
gained weight at first ( i explained this before on the list) at least a
pound is lost because of salt , then the body takes advantage to eliminate
lot of stuff , it will lose weight to a certain point then stabilise in
what will be considered underweight, then will gain weight in muscle ( but
can takes a long time)
If you ever saw the difference between a marbled meat and a lean game meat
you will understand that once you lose this fat , nothing is left .

It si difficult at first to differenciate between real hunger and
withdrawing symptomes from having quitted what the body can't use properly
and try to eliminate. The unused molecules recirculate in the blood to be
eliminated and bring back the memory of that food and the craving for it
.Taking that wrong food will stop the elimination process to go in storage
mood again and you will feel relieved.( if you ever tried to quit coffee you
might know what i mean.)

Don't compare with your previous intakes they could be a tenth of what you
could eat before of one specific food or ten times your former intake. An
ex vegetarian ate over 10 eggs in average per day over a 3 months period
then the attraction stopped brutally to become very small .

When nothing smell good is better to not eat at this meal ,so the
instinctive appeal will be clear at the next.

What are the things you can't eat ? do you mean things you intelectually
decided to be not good , or you are getting attracted to denatured foods.?
if it is the first just forget everything you know as long you stick to the
rule. the risk of making mistakes is minimal .the quantities can be
enormous.

if it is second that is usual and difficult to get tempted as long those
aromatic molecules involved are not eliminated from the body once it is done
the desire just disappear for good .
It took me 6 months to get over the french bread and litle bit more for the
french cheeze, now it is just not food for me )
If you don't experience any stop, you just don't eat enough of what is
appealing or you eat too many foods with a medium appeal . Why do you stop
eating a particular food if you don't notice a lost of pleasure? The stop is
not to be painfull this is the case only with certain foods and only when
overdosing can be harmfull for the body like with pineapple . Its enzyme
can eat your mouth making it bleed when the need for that food is not there
anymore .
The stop is not necessarelly definite and clear specially with overbreed
foods. The stop with deer is clearly not good anymore ,with beef you can
easely overcome it .Worse with fruits. clear with wild foods.

I need you to be more precise to be able to help . And because there is as
many instinctive way of eating that there is of peoples practicing it , i
asked the poeples on the french instincto list to give their view too.

courage in the mean time
