I am curious whether hulled walnuts would be safe from phytic issues, 
and whether sesame seeds are a good Paleo choice.

Now I'm worrying about all the vegetarians out there who depend on
seeds and nuts for protein and fats...and "Paleos" who simplify the
diet based on primal availability, though their nutritional needs are amply 
met elsewhere....  Seems we each need to tailor our diet to make
Paleo work best for us individually, and it's a continual learning game.
