Hi there

I posted the other day about nutrition and being 40 weeks pregnant. Thank
you for replying to me everyone, I lost the mails, so I could not reply to
you.

Anyway, on the 26th April, despite putting on only 4 or 5 kg, I gave birth
to a healthy 8lb9oz baby boy. I am feeling really well but have a few
concerns which I hope someone can help me with.

I am now weighing less that when I became pregnant (104lbs), have low blood
pressure 80/45 and my fingers and face look yellow. I also have an achy
feeling in my kidney area. I am breastfeeding my baby and seem to have lots
of milk. We are worried that I have a protein overload, is this possible.
Because I can not eat a lot of things like nuts and dried fruit (I am
celiac), I eat a lot of red meat, fruit, veg, poultry and fish. In fact,
this is nearly all I eat. I am trying to drink lots of water and now I am
adding sweet potatoe to my diet to add some carbohydrates. Is this my
problem, lack of carbohydrates? I hope someone can give me some advice. I
like the Paleo way of eating and now my husband has started to eat like this
so I don't want to really go back onto all the carbos again. Should I take a
supplement, if so, what?

Thanks for any advice.
Sarah
