Which also supports the idea that some folks do better
on higher carb/lower fat diets, and some folks do
better on higher fat/lower carb diets. (So long as
protein remains "reasonably" high - IMO). I suspect
that some folks will actually do better ehwn they
"cycle" these two modes of dieting.
