As a matter of interest, my spouse and I are both B+ and so are all three of
our children and we are all violently allergic to dairy. D'Adamo certainly
has some interesting theories, but considering how different each person's
detailed blood type heritage is, it seems unlikely to me that categorizing
the entire human population into four groups will work. He does say not to
eat foods to which you are allergic, but in my case that means I can't
follow his diet at all! The personality type based on blood type appears to
be completely bogus. The paleo lifestyle has done more for all of us than
any diet.
