I have been eating four eggs almost every day for more than a year. I
consume a half can of full fat coconut milk about five days a week. During
the period before my last cholesterol test I was eating about a half pound
of bacon most days. My HDL was 76 and my Triglycerides was 78. According to
some studies this 1:1 ratio is ideal. Now James, are you afraid that the
eggs are going to raise your cholesterol? They will raise your HDL, and as
that is a component of Total then I guess it will also raise that.

Don.
