I would definatly go with the grass fed.
When they bring cattle in to finish them on grain they develop health/digestive   problems and are medicated accordingly.

I'm just an old farmer myself,

HTH,
Shirley in the Wisconsin boonies.

They bring you down to their level,
and then beat you with experience."

I live in Hong Kong and I'm trying to find a source of Organic Grass
Fed Beef. Anyone know of a supplier that will ship to Hong Kong with
an appropriate health certificate (required to get it in to Hong
Kong)? All source countries considered (except China).

I can get Organic grain finished or grass fed non-organic locally -
not sure what is best out of those two.

Thanks

Neil
