What's the best way to sleep for long term spinal health? The HGs just
sleep on the ground whereas we sleep on a comfortable mattress and a box
spring. Is it better for my spine to sleep on the carpet with a few
blankets or is a high quality mattress better?

After a year of mild back pain, my chiropractor has helped the problem with
regular alignments. Now that I've fixed the problem, I'm debating whether I
should invest in a new mattress (my current one is too old) or just sleep on
the floor. I'm not interested in comfort. I'm only interested in what's
best for my back.

Any have experience with this sort of thing?

justin
