Nothing, if we eat them in moderation with other veggies.
But it seems that most Westerners rely on just a handful
of "vegetables" - peas, carrots, potatoes, string beans,
tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, corn. (Some may say these did
not exist in paleo times. Nor did most foods eaten today.
That does npt change their botanical classification as a
vegetable or seed-bearing fruit.)
