That , what instinctive eating , is all about, feeling right .

Now feeling right can take lot of different meaning . Any radical change
feel strange at first to say the least .

An alcoholic who reach the point of not feeling right anymore and decide to
change will go thru hard time at first . The fun was to drink , the
awaraness of the pain is surfacing when you take away the bottle. From what
i heard from alcoholic anonymous none of them will tell you that it was easy
but they will surely tell you that it was more than worth it.

Instincto is mostly for peoples who reach that point ( they can't eat
cooked anymore) or for the few rare clever ones who felt the wind coming and
din't wait to be at bottom .
I have been clever at age 18 and knew it was right yet din't act on it and i
got the point of rupture at age 30 where i have been obliged to change and
take risk . At age 42 now i am wondering why i took so long holding on my
old self.
