Hi Trish,
It's Spectrum Canola Oil, expeller pressed without hexane or other chemicals
and certified organic by QAI, whatever that is, and the bottle says 100%
Organic, Kosher, Vegan.... Oliva

Organic canola oil? Is there such a thing? Canola oil must be processed
before it is even usable. I read in Free American magazine it is toxic.
I had thought this was used mostly as industrial oil.
