I am not certain of the paleo-ness of salt, however, I do not regularly
use salt, with the sole exception of an occasional grain of sea salt on
the tongue.  However, sodium found in foods is essential for good
health.  I would recommend /Food is Your Best Medicine/ by Beiler for
additional information.
