Thanks Becky for your days eating.

It seems fairly moderate in amount - maybe similar to me - but I usually
have only 3 meals with nut snacks in between.

Have you any weight to lose?  Do you perhaps think that it might be better
(for me) to eat more smaller meals for weight loss?

> 4-5 slices of bacon (uncured) or 2 slices in 2 scrambled eggs
