What you are asking is whether vitamin B6 megadosing serves any
useful purpose to an autistic person that is not served as well
or better by a paleo diet. No one on this planet knows the
answer; if you really want to know you'll have to experiment. To
my knowledge there has been no study of the effect of paleo diet
on autism, so we're pretty much left in the dark on this. But
since the positive effects of B6 are supposed to appear fairly
soon after beginning the protocol, it wouldn't take long to test
the hypothesis. After a couple of weeks you should have some
idea whether it's doing anything.

Not necessarily. Especially with the water-soluble vitamins
(such as B6), the body excretes what it can't use.
