How can lutefisk not be paleo? Has anyone ever been known to be allergic
to lutefisk?

Lutefisk-lore: my education is from
http://netnet.net/~pineaire/Lutefisk.html
and
http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~atman/ic/lutefisk.html

This is the first I've heard of får i kål. Mutton I've eaten in Canada
has been either too strong-tasting for me or horrible (edible lamb comes
 from New Zealand).
