What is it about supplements that gets people going so much? It seems very
contentious. Personally I think they are entirely artificial and unnatural,
and therefore non paleo. I am in perfect health, basically following a paleo
hunter-gatherer philosophy using modern foods, and have absolutely no need
for supplements. I would defy anybody to find me deficient in anything.

It seems like it is a sort of religion -- a lot of mysterious sounding
concoctions that will do you good. All you need is the witch doctor. Maybe
this is the modern substitute for the witch doctor and his spells. Guess we
are all Paleolithic at heart!
