Hi,
This is exactly the diet that people in Sweden are eating and are promoting heavily right now, called LCHF (low carb high fat)
It is gaining more and more followers and is now spreading to the other Scandianvian countries.
I just graduated and I am now a licensed food advisor with in LCHF that is promoting natural foods and removing most carbohydrates.
