I stumbled accross the following site. It has a few
interesting articles regarding the supposed health
benefits of green tea. Beware, the site is commercial.

Why is that an important consideration? Same with
green tea. If h/g's consumed soups/stews, then it's
not much of a leap to experimentation with hot
beverages. IMHO
