Not yet, but I would love to.  Many of our clients carbo-load in
pregnancy and grow very large babies, which can cause problems at birth.
Whenever someone has rapid weight gain in pregnancy, I suggest cutting
back on pasta, bread, pizza and cereal. They try, but then give up,
saying it's too hard. This just reinforces my impression that grains
truly are addictive.

It would be great to do some studies on paleo diet in pregnancy.
However, I think it would be difficult to find enough subjects!
