HI Debbie,  bulk buying of meats is the best way to go.   You can buy the
cheaper cuts of meat also and crock pot cook them for tenderness.  Also,
check the sales and stock up.  I bought 3 turkeys the day before T-day,
they were .27cents per pound. I did not buy the big ones, but all of them
are around 11 pounds.  Hope this helps.
