  The tendency to "blame the victim" is a habit of those in conventional
medicine.  It is arrogant and abusive.  The attitude is that a person MUST
be cheating, because after all, we all KNOW that it is easy to lose and
maintain a healthy weight if one just sticks to the diet they were given
(the USDA Food Pyramid).
