I'd like to continue this discussion on the paleo list for right now because
there are certain foods that are high in isoflavones that are on the paleo
diet, I think. Flax seeds? Are these ok on paleo? I didn't pay much
attention to the flax discussion a couple weeks ago. Too busy sometimes.
Please, someone, reiterate. Aside from soy, I've read that flax is an
excellent way for menopausal women to increase hormones naturally. After
this question is answered I'll be happy to talk off line about menopausal
issues. Thanks for your ears.

it has been noted
that obese women generally produce more estrogen than thin women. Perhaps
this is why heavy women often reach menopause later than their skinny
sisters. Perhaps this is also why obese women are more prone to various
"female" cancers. HRT consists of a
group of hormones made from conjugated horse estrogens and other artificial
drugs totally alien to the human body. NHR (Natural Hormone Replacement)
offers another alternative for those suffering from severe menopausal
distress.
