As Todd stated, alcohol appears in nature in the form of naturally fermented
foods. I also think it's something our ancestors could have consumed. Although
I'm a teetotal who just doesn't like the buzz, I fully think alcohol possible
in a Paleo diet.
However, the form is what matters. Vodka seems pretty "clean" in contrast to
some other drinks out there on the market.
Jerry, you wrote that you don't take carbs in which is important as a
diabetic. Does the 130grams of carbs from the vodka make any difference? Have
you maybe gone a while without those drinks and seen a change in your health?
