St.John's Wort is a herb that has been used for years as a herbal remedy
to treat mild to moderate depression and with appearantly great success. It can
be purchased over the counter in health food shops

Well, from the first of January next year it'll be available, in Ireland, only on prescription from a doctor! Ireland will be the first country in the EU to bring this law in. The health food shops are up in arms about this because they reckon that it'll only be a matter of time before the whole range of vitamins, minerals and herbals will be under the control of the medical profession.

What's next? ............Vitamin C?

I heard on the news today that a group of health food stores is to challenge this in the courts, in Europe, to endeavour to have this decision overturned.

I'm posting this to the list as someone who is living a paleo lifestyle but who suffers
from psoraisis and who is augmenting my paleodiet with supplements to get relief and a cure for this annoying and embarrassing condition.

Regards,

Gatsby,
