Greetings!

Irene (Paleobabe) and I went to see a movie called Snatch on the weekend and
were surprised when two of the main characters started having a conversation
about the paleodiet.

One guy was drinking a carton of milk and the other ones says "That stuff'll
kill you, ya know."

"What this? It's milk, ya clod."

"Nah, nah... milk ain't part of your evolutionary diet. Here... I'll save
your life." And he chucks the carton out of the window of their moving car.

This action cause a whole other scene of destruction to occur, but I won't
ruin the movie for you. Go see it... it's great.

Then Paleobabe and I went skiing and had a very paleo supper at a restaurant
called Bentley's. It was a meal called Hot Rocks which involve cooking raw
meat, chicken, shrimp, scallops and assorted vegies on a heated slab of
granite. Yummy!
