No, I don't know them. There's a german health nutritionist (Dr.Bruker)
who's famous, but didn't appear on TV so I don't know if he was plump...

Vegetarians can become fat by overconsumption of oil.
It's an extracted food and leaves protein foods to equal out. ..
And there are not so much unbalanced veg. over-protein foods.
Cheese maybe. Nuts and Seeds are high protein and high energy.

I thought more of general health problems than of obesity with my list.

If Ornish is preaching whole foods, then he shouldn't be glucose intolerant
at least. Except he advocates cane sugar pudding....
Cane sugar (or honey) is a "whole-like" excuse for many sugar addicts - but
its awfully extracted.

Em. does Ornish/Weil recognize grain sprouting and omega-fats (like WPrice
does)?

Thanks for your references.

There is the possibility to supplement of course.
I'd eat some low chain (original) efas for sake of cell membranes.
You probably take fish oils?

DHA EPA AA are all ok, but how do you get your Series 1 prostaglandins?
You need ALA or GLA (primrose, hemp) or DGLA (next step) for it.

Btw i did a long chain FA test too (just arrived).
I have DHA in the upper quarter (EPA not tested).
I didn't eat any DHA for 20 years. Synthetisation works.
LA and LNA is high but they give no upper normal level.

Meat is a much more natural, whole and vitamin containing food item
as cakes are. ..

Simply LC or neanderthin or Hayes seperation or ER4YT may work
the same way.
Of course requires much discipline.

but now... out into the blue
