Is wild rice paleo? It is a traditional food of several eastern forest
indian tribes, such as the menomenie (whose name literally means "rice
eaters" They do not cultivate it, but "gather" it and store it.

I'm not a biologist, but I know wild rice is not a "rice" but a grass seed.
I don't know much more about it, nutritionally, except it tastes good!
