Aww, Bren's not being condescending; she couldn't if she tried. She's
just being sweet, and deals with the public very successfully with her
style of expression. So don't feel singled out:)

Actually, I think both Bren and I agree about too many hormones as well.

And I'm not sure this is what she was saying. But the problem is
defining what is too much. I personally feel that an optimal diet and
other measures to deal with chronic situations will allow the body to
balance its production of cholesterol.
