An equal amount and size of muscle, whether it grows on a man or woman,
weighs the same.
Men, generally are taller than women and generally have larger frames than
women. If the men and women are of equal height and frame, they can develop the
same amount of muscle and weigh the same. Unfortunately in our socioeconomic
culture, it is considered "unattractive" for "civilized" women to develop
muscles, the equivalent of men. Women are therefore not motivated and dissuaded
from developing and gaining much muscularity and weight.
