I've seen this as well. I'll bet they would look
better if they started eating more nuts.

Actually, the original source for my idea was either
"Diet for a Small Planet" or "Everything You Ever
Wanted to Know about Nutrition". In it the claim was
made that grain/legume eaters did thrive throughout
the ages, but it also mentioned most of them
occasionally ate meat. I guess it was almost like a
"supplement" to them. So, perhaps the premise should
be something like "a 90%+ meat/fat diet vs. a 90%+
grain/legume" diet.
