Somewhere there was a web site that discussed when different animals were
domesticated in different parts of the world. Included was a discussion of
when dairy consumption started. Does anyone remember where this was? I am
most interested in how long dairy has been consumed where. And I am not
interested in speculation of getting dairy from killed cows, but of milking
them. Anything else wouldn't have been in high enough quantity for my
purposes. Generally such dating comes from tools found. For dairy I guess
things like butter churners. But I'll accept domestication of cows as a
starting date.

Don.
