Incidentally, the grass-feeding link to Ecoli may have more to do with
what the cow's digestive system contains during slaughter.  The paper I
read indicates that grass feeding for even only the last 5 days of the
cow's life is enough to get all the Ecoli-suppression benefits.

Not that it fixes any of the other stuff.
