I don't follow any guidelines, really. I have been unafraid to try high
fat, and it works well for me. I have been unafraid to follow my
desires and eat not much vegetable matter, and nothing has gone wrong
with my digestion on a high meat régime. In some ways I am strict about
Paleo, as with no nightshades, legumes, and very few root vegetables. I
relax the concept in other ways, and use a lot of butter, a little
coffee and black tea, and vinegar. If I had to put in a percentage, it
would be closer to the low-carb one. But I only do it because it makes
me feel good.
