only when you are not giving yourself the means to get away from the
consumer mindset .
consumerism limit your choices of foods

> Paleo requires adopting a "rejectionist" attitude toward many foods;

it doesnt have to , in my experience choosing to eat raw paleo open a all
new spectrum of what i can eat , i certainly eat as a consequence a way more
diverse diet than many and yes i gave up grains pulses and dairies ( not
that many foods in fact in comparaison of what i am including now )

if we limit ourself to what we can find in store ( rather than extending to
what we can gather, hunt, grow or raise ) for sure there is lot of rejection
to be done to support a paleo diet ( depressing and lacking )

but what is to be rejected that fill the rows of shelves of a supermarkets
? wheat , corn , soya , potatoes, dairies etc...in effect we end up with not
that much edible in the paleo context .
is it surprising when paleo peoples rely on wild foods ?

in the food industry there is huge disguise of very fews foods into a wide
range of illusionnary choices.
something like 90 percent of vegetal foods eaten in this country comes from
12 plants . the natives from here in their "limited "ecosystem used over
one hundred differents plants i don't even talk about the limited choices in
meats .
