And, the molestation, my youngest got molested in p.s.!

You could look at Breaking the Vicious Cycle which has almond flour muffins
and breads and you can adapt them to paleo by leaving out the dairy.

My friend in Mass sends chicken and almond 'cookies' make with almond flour.
