Well, just "one" not "the" :-)

As you probably figure, I am in pretty fair agreement with the
"anti-aerobics" FAQ

but I mean by "low-impact" aerobics something like a moderately
brisk walk.

My weightlifting is done most energetically on an empty stomach -
after some green tea.

One thing about hiking I guess is that you can stop periodically and
eat whenever you need to.
