Foggy headedness and depression mainly - and a tendancy to get headaches.
Also extreme bloating? - don't know if this is typical hypoglycemic?

My experience has been that if I eat more I put on more weight!  Maybe I
haven't experimented enough yet to know this for sure.

Yes that is an interesting theory.  I have fruitarian friends who eat all
day and are still very thin.  But I don't think they have blood sugar
problems.

I'll continue to experiment and will let you know.
