Ok. I just have to ask the stupid question. Maybe it's 'cause I work too
many hours that I've missed the answer, being too tired to read all my
email, but here goes: eat lots of fat? What kind of fat? I know fat high
in good stuff like Omega 3 (?). Are you talking about beef fat, chicken
fat, fish fat, olive oil, fish oil? And if so, how can I get more fat than
protein without taking fish oil pills? I suppose I'm asking for a fatty
source of food. What confuses me is that all meat has fat in it. Isn't
that amount of fat enough to help the body avoid destroying its own muschle
tissue? Sorry about this, folks. Hope I'm not boring you. Maybe I need a
copy of that Article.

hundred feet high in a single piece, but out meridians are more exact."
