through February 2001, then again from November 2001 to February 2002. I

  Subject: Obituary-Wally Ballou

  I recieved the sad news today that Wally Ballou (aka Mitch Myers), author
  of the Lowcarb FAQ, passed away 12/24/02 from liver cancer. He is survived
  by his mother and sister.

  The Lowcarb FAQ will remain, at least for the forseeable future, at
  lowcarb.bravepages.com. I'll be taking over the FAQ maintenance, but have
  yet to iron out some issues with Bravenet as Wally passed away before
  things there could be fully transferred.
